Welcome to Ultradius, a platform operated by **PT. Sistem Inovasi Berdikari**. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
- **Platform:** Ultradius Business OS, Console, Customer Portal, Agent, and all related services.
- **Tenant:** ISP or business entity that registers for Ultradius services.
- **Customer:** End-user of a Tenant's internet service.
- **Agent:** Software component installed by Tenant to bridge communication between the platform and network infrastructure.
3.1. Tenant must provide accurate information during registration.
3.2. Tenant is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials.
4.1. Tenant may use the platform to manage their ISP business, including customer management, billing, RADIUS authentication, and voucher sales.
4.2. Tenant must not use the platform for illegal activities.
5.1. Platform fees are calculated based on the Pay-As-You-Go model.
5.2. Fees are billed monthly and are due within 30 days of invoice issue.
5.3. Late payments may result in service suspension.
6.1. Tenant data is stored securely and encrypted at rest.
6.2. Tenant retains ownership of their data.

7.1. The platform is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.
7.2. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid by Tenant in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
